Kevin loves his job and it shows. He immediately greeted my husband and I with a smile and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect car. The entire car buying process was effortless and smooth, unlike anything I had experienced before. I arrived at 8 p.m. and was driving away in a new car at 10:45 p.m. - and I didn't even plan on purchasing a car that night! The staff did not even seem annoyed that I was keeping them there late. The Optima EX sold itself but Kevin and the rest of the staff at Southwest Kia were a pleasure to work with and an added bonus. More

I went in just planning to test drive a new Kia Optima. I immediately fell in love with the car, but I wasn't sure I wanted to pull the trigger. The salesmen were eager to sell me a car, but I didn't feel th immediately fell in love with the car, but I wasn't sure I wanted to pull the trigger. The salesmen were eager to sell me a car, but I didn't feel they were too pushy. My wife ended up convincing me to go ahead and get the car. The salesmen were good about getting the color and trim level I wanted, which had to be delivered from another location. They gave me a reasonable trade for my old car. I wanted the LX trim, but I also wanted the EX alloy wheels. The salesmen tried to find wheels for me, but were unable to do so at a reasonable price, claiming that loose factory replacement wheels were hard to come by. As a way of negotiating price and to help make up for the wheels, they gave me window tinting and security etch basically free of charge. Cust. Service - Jacob came out to help me immediately, and was knowledgeable enough to talk about the features of the different trim levels. He and his manager tried very hard to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted, which was difficult given that I didn't know the price I wanted! Quality of Work - In the end, I got exactly what I wanted (sans alloy wheels), and I was very comfortable with my purchase. No buyer's remorse here. They did spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get my wheels, and were able to tell me exactly why they weren't available, and were very apologetic. They got me a price and financing I felt good about. Friendliness - Very tolerant of my children and my attitude, and affable and easy to talk to. Overall Experience - The only ding here is that their "kids area" was inadequate. It's a foosball table with no ball and a handful of simple plastic toys that couldn't entertain any kids above toddler age for long. Thank goodness I had Angry Birds! The rest of the experience was quite pleasant. Price - The total came to MSRP+$4000 for tax, tag, title, and interest. Price included window tint and security etch, but did not include the oil change plan. More
I followed Gary from Honda. He is very friendly and helpful. Gary goes above and beyond just plain service whiches is why I have followed him from Honda. Gary goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. The most important thing to a customer besides good service is the cost. Gary has helped me get signed up for email and mail service coupons which has helped a lot in these times where everything is costly. Not a lot of service advisors would take time to walk a customers through that. Gray is very considerate of customers. Gary does not make me feel stupid about car repairs like a lot of service advisors do to women. If Gary ever leaves Kia, I will find out where he goes and follow him there. More
We found our vehicle online and sent a request to be contacted. We received a call from Victor and we confirmed that the vehicle was still available and we advised that we would be by to take a look. When we arrived, Jerry Tonubbee assisted us because Victor was ill and left for the day. Jerry was great to work with, and although it took a little bit to come to an agreeable price (not his fault). I do recommend that in the future, dealers should not go and grab the "sales managers",as they all make you feel small and worth nothing but the mud on their shoes after you talk with them. Jerry has since followed up with me and my husband to ensure we are happy with our purchase and to let us know of some perks included with our purchase that Southwest Kia has to offer. I do not believe that it is fair that Jerry will have to split this sales profit with Victor, since we never had an official appointment with him, but I trust that Jerry will get the benefits he deserves for all of his hard work. We had been to several dealerships and this was the first one where we didnt feel attacked and left disappointed. Jerry had us driving off the lot with satisfaction. Thank you, The Gadbury's More
