I had a wonderful experience with Southwest Kia in Mesquite. I had not bought a new car in over 11 years and I am so glad that I chose this dealership. Kevin Cole was an awesome salesman. He greeted me at the door and listened to what I wanted and delivered. He informed me of all the perks of my wonderful Kia Sorento before I drove the car off the lot. He was very personable and respectful. He really seemed genuine about wanting this to be a wonderful experience for me. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was just a great overall person. He was patient and made sure that I was not pressured into anything. I have no regrets about purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I liked the fact that Kevin was a hard worker, and really down to earth. Kevin wanted to make my purchase as easy as possible and this is all before the financing was even discussed. I really appreciate him for everything. Tim from the financing department was nice as well. I felt like a valued customer from the time I stepped foot in the door. Everyone that passed by made sure that they spoke even if I wasn't buying from them. I can't say enough about my car buying experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin as a saleman. More

If you're looking for a guy to work hard for you, Kevin is your man. I have bought many cars, and I can't recall actually speaking to a sales manager in person. They seem to hide in the shadowy corners of the dealership hashing out their plans to ensnare their next victim. Keith, The sales manager at Southwest Kia, was accessible and made a point to speak to me personally to fully understand how to construct an agreement we were both happy with. Signing the paperwork is my least favorite part of buying a car. There is always something that comes up that makes me feel as though I am being swindled. Byron, was very accommodating through the entire process. My only complaint on the whole experience was the time it took to purchase the vehicle. I know buying a car isn't like buying a hamburger, but I felt it could have been expedited a bit. Because of this, I gave them a 4 (GOOD) on Overall Experience. I walked into the dealership ready to buy, and I walked out with my new van, and with a deal (and payment) I am happy with. I've never taken the time to recommend a dealership before, but Southwest Kia have some good people working for them. Go check them out. More

Wow! Buying a car CAN be an enjoyable experience. When I entered Southwest Kia (Mesquite) I was extemely bitter about past car buying experiences. I felt like he was a real person that not only benefited from HIM making a sale, but by ME being pleased with my purchase of a new car. All of the personnel I encountered were honest and respectful. Customer service has not died! It was a one stop shopping venture---Lee, the insurance agent, got me a great deal on my house and car insurance and I changed from my current insurance carrier. They were honest about my trade in and acknowledged and honored the gift certificates or coupons I presented to them. Keith, (management) was also quite friendly and trustworthy. I traded in my Kia Optima for 2011 Kia Soul. It was by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman was Kevin Cole and I cant say enough positive things about him. The inside of the dealership was a little cold on the day I visited and he was even nice enough to give me the jacket off his back and i thought that was awesome of him. The financial advisor I worked with was Byson. He was awesome to he literally put his job on the line to help me get to a comfortable monthly payment through he bank, and I cant thank him enough. Overall i was pleased with the dealership as a whole if I ever want to purchase another vehicle it will definitly be at Southwest Kia Northwest. Thanks guys for a very pleasant experience. More

My overall experience at Kia in Mesquite was great, Juan Cashat was excellent, he did a great job in getting me the best deal for the 2011 Kia Sorento, this was not the only Kia store I visited in the metro Cashat was excellent, he did a great job in getting me the best deal for the 2011 Kia Sorento, this was not the only Kia store I visited in the metroplex.
