BEWARE! We picked out a truck and the salesman accepted our offer on the phone and told us to come back and they would do the deal. We were very specific about our offer and even said "we were going to wri our offer on the phone and told us to come back and they would do the deal. We got back and he passed us off to someone else & they would not honor the price. Tried to get another $500+. Salesman lied, very dishonest dealer. I have been in the retail business for 30+ years and if my salesperson has ever given someone a price on any product then we would honor it, no matter what, even if it was a mistake and we would lose money. I know they would have made at least $2000 on that truck. It appeared to my son and I that this was something they normally do at this dealership so I would warn people to beware of this dealership. More
My boyfriend and I bought a new car with Reggie and he was GREAT! He was so friendly, made sure we knew everything about our car, answered every single question, and made sure we didn't leave unhappy. He was GREAT! He called to check up on me twice after I left, and even gave my boyfriend a very funny nickname so he would be sure to remember him. He is definitely someone I would recommend and I feel so fortunate to have my pretty new car :) We got the car at an AWESOME price, and it had absolutely everything I wanted inside. Reggie even drove to another dealership to pick it up while we were finishing up with finance! Great guy! More

He greeted me at the door and listened to what I wanted and delivered. He informed me of all the perks of my wonderful Kia Sorento before I drove the car off the lot. He was very personable and respectful. He really seemed genuine about wanting this to be a wonderful experience for me. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was just a great overall person. He was patient and made sure that I was not pressured into anything. I have no regrets about purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. I liked the fact that Kevin was a hard worker, and really down to earth. Kevin wanted to make my purchase as easy as possible and this is all before the financing was even discussed. I really appreciate him for everything. Tim from the financing department was nice as well. I felt like a valued customer from the time I stepped foot in the door. Everyone that passed by made sure that they spoke even if I wasn't buying from them. I can't say enough about my car buying experience. If you're looking for a guy to work hard for you, Kevin is your man. I have bought many cars, and I can't recall actually speaking to a sales manager in person. They seem to hide in the shadowy corners of the dealership hashing out their plans to ensnare their next victim. Keith, The sales manager at Southwest Kia, was accessible and made a point to speak to me personally to fully understand how to construct an agreement we were both happy with. Signing the paperwork is my least favorite part of buying a car. There is always something that comes up that makes me feel as though I am being swindled. Byron, was very accommodating through the entire process. My only complaint on the whole experience was the time it took to purchase the vehicle. I know buying a car isn't like buying a hamburger, but I felt it could have been expedited a bit. Because of this, I gave them a 4 (GOOD) on Overall Experience. I walked into the dealership ready to buy, and I walked out with my new van, and with a deal (and payment) I am happy with. I've never taken the time to recommend a dealership before, but Southwest Kia have some good people working for them. Go check them out. More
