Southwest Kia - Mesquite

We researched online on what type of van we wanted and the prices.....We had no experience with a KIA product before but wanted to check them out....When we arrived Kevin introduced himself to us and WOW! the prices.....We had no experience with a KIA product before but wanted to check them out....When we arrived Kevin introduced himself to us and WOW! he is so friendly like an old friend! We were there to look at the lower priced option but I went to the higher one and of course I wanted to test drive it...Kevin assured us he could get us a good deal...and there is not many times you can leave a dealership and feel like you got a good deal..but we did just that! We haven't driven many miles yet but so far we are LOVING it! :) We absolutely will be referring friends to Kevin and maybe ourselves for an Optima in the future. More

I always dread the new-car buying process. Other dealers have tried to push me toward more expensive cars and options that I didn't want or need. So I always read up on pricing and such on Edmunds.com and consumerreports.org to prepare myself for the inevitable ordeal. I have to say, however, that my buying experience at Southwest Kia in Mesquite was amazingly pleasant. My salesman, Kevin Cole, was very knowledgeable and peresonable. He helped me compare Soul Base and Plus models with both standard and automatic transmissions and didn't try to push me into a higher trim line. I felt zero pressure. Kevin personally drove to a sister dealership in Rockwall to get me just the model and color I needed. Then, going above and beyond the call of duty, he accompanied me to turn in the rental I had been driving since the accident that totaled my previous car. Best of all, Kevin got me a price that even the Consumer Reports buying service considers excellent. I strongly encourage anyone shopping for a car to read up on features and pricing before going to the dealership; knowledge is power. But judging by my experience so far (I just got the car) I can also wholeheartedly recommend Southwest Kia and, especially, Kevin Cole. More

I gave them this very good rating because i got help from the first time i called them on the phone to the time i got to the dealership. I am so happy we went here because we had a car to trade in and we were going to be upside down and every other dealership we went to said that no one else would be able to get us into a car with that munch upside down and me and my wifes credit score. So if you want to do it right you need to go see them at this dealership i am going to let everyone know about this and just to let you know who turned us down was that crapy dodge dealer off of 635 and northwest hwy. Within an hour and a half, we had my vehicle, great conversations, listened to a couple of very interesting and entertaining stories of his children and lovely wife and a great positive, friendly attitude with great patience! He did a Great job being personable with us. I would recommend David Jones anytime to anyone! I have bragged on him to my friends and I absolutely appreciate the service he gave. I got a new 2012 Kia soul. This is my very first car and I couldn't be happier. Victor was very nice and patient. He went beyond the call of duty when my mother-in-law (who had come with us) fell and hurt herself.
