There is no words to describe how amazing our experience was when we came to this dealearship!! My dad and I had been looking for my first car for months. We knew that it was hard to find something with everything we wanted, but it wasn't until we came to Southwest Kia of Mesquite, that we found exactly what we were loking for! We didn't only find the right car but also the greatest sales representative you could possibly ask for, David Jones! From the moment we walked in, to me driving away with my new precious SUV, he made us feel at home and the feeling of trustworthiness. If you're looking for a new or used car, this is definitely the place to come. They even filled and payed for a full tank of gas!! something that was unexpected and I totally aprecciated it. Be smart like I was and go there and get your car there! :) More

My husband and I were replacing another vehicle that we lost on Christmas Eve. We had heard of this dealership, started looking at their vehicles on their website, found a Kia Forte that only had two pictu lost on Christmas Eve. My husband liked it, we applied for the prequal online, had a phone call the next morning,and got the ball rolling. Reggie stayed in touch with us from the first phone call until past the end of our purchase. We hadn't set foot in their doors, until two days later,dreading the experience of all the paperwork and "sales pitching", however, with Reggie and Kelsi, we didn't have any of that. We live 2 1/2 hours away from them and they stayed open, for us. We made it in and out in our new car in 1 1/2 hours!!!! We have had the best by far service, and I am still talking to them and they remember our names!!! Thanks Reggie, Kelsi, and Tim!!!! More

We had the worst experience with Southwest Kia. When we walked in, Harold greeted us with a friendly smile and great customer service. We went in to test drive only since they did not carry the car we want walked in, Harold greeted us with a friendly smile and great customer service. After the test drive he took us back to his office and slid paperwork in front of us and gave us pens to start the buying process. We expressed that we were not going to buy that day since they did not have our car. He proceeded to take the pen right out of our hands and exclaimed, "you won't be needing these". He immediately became incredibly rude and asked for his boss to talk to us. His boss was so friendly and we wished we could have worked with him instead. What kind of service is that? Be nice until you see that your commission is walking away then be a total jerk? AWFUL. If you see this guy coming up to you, avoid him at all cost! Went to Huffines Kia of McKinney and bought our car there. WONDERFUL experience and the people there are so courteous. We do not recommend Southwest Kia. More

That's why it took so long to finally get the nerve up to actually 'give it a try'. To my surprise, this was a totally enjoyable experiance. My 16-yr old daughter was with me and she, too, thinks Juan was an awesome salesman...not pushy, no game-play, very personable, etc. He listened to what I wanted and on the 1st shot brought out a car in my price range that we loved. Giovanni (finance) was friendly and courteous and thorough and answered every question. Both gentlemen (and others in the dealership) made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Kudos to Kia for finally making car buying as it should be! And a very special thanks to Juan who made me feel like I had just made a friend. They did not have the color/trim I was looking for in stock, but quickly found one in their sister store that was exactly what I was looking for, and had it deliver within 2 hours. I came in to the dealership with a confirmed price from TrueCar.com that was honored by the sales management with no haggling. This is the second car I have purchased while using the TrueCar.com web site, and think it is great if you know what you are looking for (model, trim levels, etc.) The KIA dealership is handsome and has a pleasant atmosphere, with a clean service bay and comfortable service waiting area. This is my 3rd Hyundai/KIA purchase, and I can not say enough good things about them - well built, smart designs and excellent value. More
