Our experience today at Southwest KIA turned out to be very pleasant. Since the dealership was so busy, the plan was to look at a few cars, get some prices, and return the following Monday. When we began our search for a new vehicle it was something that we really didn't want to have to do because our experiences in the past with other dealerships was so stressful that it took all the f something that we really didn't want to have to do because our experiences in the past with other dealerships was so stressful that it took all the fun out of buying a new car, however that was not the case in dealing with Jerry and Lynell they were both very friendly, courteous and professional. Jerry was off the day we went for a test drive but he had told Lynell that we would be by and she was waiting outside for us when we arrived, she was extremely friendly and made us feel at ease, she wanted us to be completely happy if we decided to make a purchase and she did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Although there was not a Sportage on the lot in the color that we wanted two days later she and Jerry located one at another SW Kia location and Jerry drove out to pick it up just so we could see how it looked, when we saw it that evening we knew it was the one that we wanted, we made the deal that night and came back the next morning to complete the paperwork, once again we were met by Jerry and Lynell. The whole experience was pleasant and not scary at all, we have told our family, friends and co-workers about the professional and friendly manner in which we were treated at SW Kia in Mesquite and especially by Jerry and Lynell.
