But when my steering wheel was not straight i took it to get an alignment. The car having 3,000 miles should still be under warranty so i assumed that it would be free. A gentleman comes to inspect the vehicle looks at not only the inside of the car but the outside and says that they will do it for free and to just give him an hour and a half maybe two. I left and went to work 3 hours later they call me to inform me that it would not be free because i had installed aftermarket wheels on and that voided the warranty. THAT IS RIDICULOUS ! So i returned and spoke with the manager, he seemed so careless and smug every time he talked. They wanted to charge me $89.99 and that was supposedly a "discount". With such a crazy high price i said no and asked for my car back it came back to me unwashed. Will never recommend anybody to buy a car from this place because of the automotive service. More

I told him what I had seen on the website and wanted to look at it. Well turned out the Sorrento I had seen was at the Dallas store but He asked what my budget and likes were. He showed me a Sportage then a Sorrento like I had seen on website. I chose the Sorrento and James Seale helped out in this process as well. That was the BEST CAR Dealership experience I have ever had!! More
Unprofessional management but great salesperson Today we test drove a car and looked at quite a few models. After coming inside we were filling out contact information with the nice salesperson (Kah Today we test drove a car and looked at quite a few models. After coming inside we were filling out contact information with the nice salesperson (Kahlil) and while he was explaining more about the cars to us, one of the floor managers shouted across the room in a very condescending and aggressive manner to our salesperson, stating that he had called a staff meeting and demanded he immediately join them. This was one of the most disrespectful displays we've ever encountered in general, let alone with a salesperson trying to help us as customers. This was a blatant attempt to humiliate an employee in front of customers, and we cannot condone and accept this behavior. What initially started out as a way to learn more about Kia and possibly buy a vehicle from Kia turned into an experience in how poor the working culture conditions for its employees appears to be. We will not be buying from this Kia dealership because of this experience and unfortunately it has tainted the Kia name for us overall. We've filed a complaint with the upper management at this particular dealership and need the name of the manager. Once we get the name we will be following up with Kia headquarters in hopes this manager is reprimanded **Added 2 days later: I received an email written apology from the manager who was responsible for our experience, and it appeared sincere and genuine. The General Manager messaged us personally before this thanking us for bringing this to his attention and assured action would be taken. It seems that there is a great response from management for grievances and because of that, we are raising our ratings from 1 start to 3 stars. More

Also, had my 90,000 mile service and my radiator protector fell off the car 3 days later because the mechanic didn't tighten the bolts. No loaner cars when getting extensive repairs. More
Once again, Chris Pittman came through with flying colors! This guy is the King of customer service! Takes care of both my Kia's. One I bought brand new and the other used. Took car in Wednesday night and received a call next day car haven't been looked at yet. They did not offer a loaner and I have no car for the weekend.
