Service center I am definitely one hundred percent satisfied with my recent visit to Southwest Kia. One of the lights had come on my dashboard, so I brought my Forte in to have it looked at. Craig Greene is the representative from the service department that I dealt with. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He informed me that there was a nail in one of my tires and that it would need to be replaced. He also gave me an estimate on how long it would take for the service to be completed. Everything about the process was to my liking. More

Failure to rotate tires on 2 occasions Aug 13, 2015 requested oil chg. & tire rotation. After completion noticed the tires had not been rotated. On March 17, 2016 requested tire rotation Aug 13, 2015 requested oil chg. & tire rotation. After completion noticed the tires had not been rotated. On March 17, 2016 requested tire rotation & oil change. Again NO TIRE ROTATION was performed according to before & after photos. Everyone at the dealership is very nice & cordial but I will not go back to this service department. Their creditability for actually completing a legit service request that is recommended by the manufacturer has been compromised. Glenn More

Friendly, quick, hassle free. This was my first oil change for a used vehicle that I purchased. I drove up and there was a line of cars and a gentleman came up shook my hand and to This was my first oil change for a used vehicle that I purchased. I drove up and there was a line of cars and a gentleman came up shook my hand and told me where to go. I got out of the car and went inside. 30 - 40 minutes later someone called my name. They already knew my service was covered and I didn't have to pay anything. That was refreshing because when I go to Central Kia for my other Kia, I always have to tell them what I have in order for them to charge me correctly. More

Transmission Leak Repair I brought in my Kia for a diagnostic on a transmission leak. Benny, in the service department, walked right out and met me as soon as I pulled in and I brought in my Kia for a diagnostic on a transmission leak. Recall I had a scheduled appointment for a recall on my Kia Soul (Bella). I was told that it was going to take about 3 hrs. or so. I was out of there withi I had a scheduled appointment for a recall on my Kia Soul (Bella). I was told that it was going to take about 3 hrs. or so. I was out of there within 1 hr. I wasn't even ready to leave yet. It feels like home when I'm there. Every employee working there speaks to you and are extremely friendly. It definitely feels like home. I especially would like to give kuddos to GARY, service center, JERRY, product sales and JAIME, sales. These guys are amazing! Thank you guys for the hospitality given to me each and every time....Oh, one more thing, I get soooo many compliments on my Soul. I even take the time to show them the inside and how good it is on gas :-) More

Very good customer service I came to this dealer since they could do my safety recall the earliest compared to the other Kias. They had me in and out in an hour and a half. One of the dealers said it could be up to 4 hours. I.also had an oil change with the point inspection. Everyone I worked with at the dealer was pleasant & helpful.
