I have been in the business of taking care of people for over 20 years and from the moment I called to see about having my car repaired (which was und I have been in the business of taking care of people for over 20 years and from the moment I called to see about having my car repaired (which was under factory warranty still after 71,000 miles and did not cost me a dime) to the day I picked it up, I could not have asked for any better customer service. Heather Stallings was my service advisor and she kept me updated about the work being performed through multiple phone calls and emails throughout the entire process. She was very professional, efficient and courteous from the very start and made the whole process of having my car repaired so simple. She made us feel like part of her family. The overall customer service from everyone I encountered throughout the repair process was outstanding!!. Everyone was so friendly and really seemed to enjoy taking care of people. Heather even arranged for me to have a complimentary car to drive at no cost while mine was being repaired. If I ever need anything else from Southwest KIA, I am calling Heather first because I know she will go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of with whatever we need. KIA should be involved in customer service training seminars across the country to show other companies how it is done....RIGHT!! Thank you for keeping my family and I on the road!!! More

Great customer service Gary greeted me as soon as I pulled into the bay. He already had my info and what needed to be done.
