Number 6 and the last one from this dealship! This is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and at this point the last. KIA seems to have a problem keeping the copied documents This is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and at this point the last. KIA seems to have a problem keeping the copied documents that they had gotten the night of the purchase? Now let's talk about the problems that I am suffering with the KIA organization with this car sale. Where is my contract? I left with no contract but I was asked to sign a blank one and leave it with finance. I had a call earlier in the week from the finance department and he informed me that he had been texting my home phone trying to get a hold of me on the contract? Are you kidding me? You have every way possible to contact me personal cell, work cell, work number and home number, what's the disconnect with the dealership? I signed a blank contract due to KIA not paying the software company for allowing KIA to print contracts. I did not want to take the car home without a contract. KIA had my check and my 2015 but I left with no contract. I expected to pick this up on Tuesday when I was getting the window tinting done on the car and I was told on the phone this, but the finance person was off on Tuesday and no one had a clue where my contract was. I was up at KIA for the window tinting on Tuesday now this was scheduled with you prior and you sent me a text message at 10:32 PM this is not acceptable time of day for me to be getting a reminder from you or KIA. Business hours is an acceptable time of day not 10:32 PM. So I went up to KIA for the window tinting at the scheduled time and talked to Craig per your instructions and he asked me what I was there for? You can't even schedule what is going to be done to this one week old new vehicle with the service department? Now I am informed that KIA service does not do window tinting on Tuesdays only Wednesdays? Are you kidding me at this point I was ready to get my old car back and be done with this dealership and sales. But the service department saved your skin and called a gentlemen that use to do tinting and he agreed to come in early and do the tinting. If this would have not happened I would have been in my 2015 and gone to another dealership and bought the next car. While I am here and now taking more of my time to get this done due to the negligence of your scheduling. I am totally disgusted with this dealership at this point and the sales and finance and how they have handled this whole deal. I will be sending this on to your corporate office so they have a chance to maybe correct the gross problems with this dealership and your performance. I will be not coming back to the dealership for my next vehicle at this point. The service department is the only saving grace this dealership has. More

She answered questions for me, even late in the evening. I already knew exactly what car I wanted and John did not try to sell me anything different. Atif was instrumental in getting my financing done. He really worked this deal for me. Best of all, I love my car! I purchased a 2016 Optima EX fully loaded! Everything I wanted in a vehicle I was blessed with in this car. When others turned me down, they really worked with me. Go see them. You won't regret it! More
