Southwest Kia - Mesquite

I gave you a 1-star rating because I could not go lower and advance to the next screen. Mike Ellis I believe was his last name and the service department was of little to no use to me. He expected me to assume the bill for a rental 5 to 7 days before my vehicle would even be put on a diagnostic machine. Of course I left and went & saw Clay!!! Service Manager Jamie over in Iriving had my car on the diagnostic machine within 45 minutes of me getting there. I will never never ever go back to Southwest Kia in Mesquite!!! More

Had a 9am appointment for oil change, they said it would be 2 1/2 hours till they could get us in!!?? We had a piece of trim that was damaged before we got the car. It took 4 months to come in and when they be 2 1/2 hours till they could get us in!!?? We had a piece of trim that was damaged before we got the car. It took 4 months to come in and when they went to install it they saw it was bent!!?? They didn’t even know it was damaged when it came in!!?? We will have to wait another 4 to 6 months!!?? Very poor service department! More

I am just the happiest lady in the world right now! Not only did I find my PERFECT Kia Sorento, but from the moment I texted Lynell Richards, who was soooo very helpful with my questions. Then, my most helpful and amazing salesman Carter Macey, who the moment I walked in became a friend too, he's awesome! After that we went to the finance department Kelvin Peoples, amazing young man! He worked hard to make sure I was happy with the price and had everything we need without pressuring it. He had to consult with Tariq Elfauri, smart, awesome man, about getting me a good price for my warranty and he made it to where I could afford it! This team helped me get the car of my dreams! They were some of the friendliest, helpful people I've ever encountered! If I know someone buying a car soon I'm going to not only recommend a Kia but I'm gonna tell them this is the best team to buy from! Thank you to all of you!! Craig was excellent as a service advisor. He said they would wash the car & vacuum it for us. When we picked up the car, Craig had already left for the day and Michael or Mike helped us. The exterior was would wash the car & vacuum it for us. When we picked up the car, Craig had already left for the day and Michael or Mike helped us. The exterior was filthy. The hood, top of the car & the trunk had dirt all over it. I pointed this out to Michael/Mike and he was very disinterested in helping us. I pointed out that all they need is some water & a rag to dry it with. He looked at it and said, Oh, we just run I through the automatic car wash. and claimed that the dirt on the car would have to be scrubbed off. I pointed out to him that that is not true. I licked my finger & wiped the dirt right off. He said we could pay for a car wash if we wanted one, but he wasn't going to try & clean it - even though we were told it would be clean. He was not interested in helping at all, he just turned & walked away. Extremely unprofessional!!! It would be very difficult for me to recommend this dealership to any of my friends when you treat customers this way. More

Always thought dealwrships would be ovwr priced, but they’re cheaper than any place I’ve looked into for oil change. Always good service. Always accepts walk ins, and usually pretty quick. They have a couple computers free to use, and charging stations. A few couches and free coffee and water. U can buy snacks for cheap around the corner also. Sometimes they’ll vacuum the car for free which is always a bonus. I won’t go anywhere else for oil change More
