FANTASTIC SALESMAN!!!! When we first arrived we were greeted with a smiling salesman and we told him that our situation was weird and perhaps strange but....without doubt it When we first arrived we were greeted with a smiling salesman and we told him that our situation was weird and perhaps strange but....without doubt it all worked out. We had a excellent salesman who along the way kept us smiling and never lost his patience with us. After all we were there ALL day!. Richard was fantastic to say the least. I watched as everyone was smiling and opening up doors for each other. Its nice to see that people still care enough to smile, ask how your doing and greet you at the door and open it!!!! I usually work with Gary who is incredible but on my last visit I just needed to have maintenance done on my vehicle and Craig assisted me. As soon as i pulled in he walked up to the car, took all my information, and I was on my way. Not even two hours later - where I had been told it might be around 3 hours since they had to check on the engine also, Craig called to inform me the cat was ready. When I showed up later to pick up my vehicle, he walked me over to cashier, explained what had been done to my car, and walked me outside as my car was pulling up. In and out in less than 5 minutes. It's always a great experience at this location and will continue to have my service done here as long as I own my Kia! More
