Jose was great. He was helpful and always kept me updated on what was going on with my car. When another retailer fumbled on the car job, I took it to Kia and they fixed it. Alex is a great Service Rep. I had called with my Alex is a great Service Rep. I had called with my battery being dead and didn't know what to do.
