"Mommy Over Money" On Monday, I scheduled my routine maintenance service for Wednesday. The customer service rep informed me about the shuttle service Kia offered. I scheduled a 1:00 pm pick-up in time enough to pick my kids up by 2:00pm. Wednesday (6 am) I dropped my car off and at 9am, I spoke with service rep to go over pricing and services. During the 9am phone call, I reiterated the importance of my 1pm pick up so that I can get my children by 2pm. I waited outside in 90+ degree whether for an hour, and made a minimum of 5 phone calls to Kia for updates on being picked up and then had to take an Uber to pick up my children. Ryan was very inconsiderate and the safety of my children clearly was not his concern. When I asked to speak to his boss he told me the boss was not in today (how convenient for him). The service rep who I had been working with had to get in his personal car to come grab me and my children to take me to pick up and pay for services to my car. I assumed I would at least be given a huge discount on services, or at least offer to reimburse me for the Uber I had to pay for because of their mistake.... NOT! I have been with Kia since 2003... I am a loyal customer and this level of treatment was unsatisfactory and disappointing. More

My visit for service 15,000 mile check-up and oil change was great, went in an checked my email, on the new computers for customers, great idea! Just to give you a little history, after purchasing our vehicle (brand new) in 2005, I noticed the Service Consultants were different on each oil change. I began to notice how tired they all appeared to where they could not keep up with whether or not I have had certain services completed on my vehicle, therefore would print up a service list of items that have already been completed. Then when it was brought to their attention, they still didn't seem to understand. Clearly, they all seemed overworked, to be honest. I keep all my receipts for service, and I always used SW Kia's service center since 2005. Our vehicle has had a series of issues since day one, and I'm certain, if you read the history of the run around I experienced after purchasing this vehicle, you would readily understand why I will not, in the future purchase another Kia, however there's finally a light shining at SW Kia and it's coming from your Service Consultant, Mr. Darden. Mr. Darden displays consistent professionalism on each visit. In light of the fact this dealership has a "High Turnover" of Service Consultants, I'm pleased to see Mr. Darden is still maintaining a standard of excellence inspite of poor management. I hope this facility continues to improve. Afterall, shouldn't the dealership live up to the standard Mr. Bill Dickerson portrays Kia dealerships to be thru his television commercials? More
