Always communicative and accurate about wait times, costs and genuinely concerned about customer service. Nice people to do business with. Look forward to my next visit. and genuinely concerned about customer service. Nice people to do business with. Look forward to my next visit. More
Purchased a brand new 2021 sorento April 3rd still trying to obtain my spare key that is supposed to come with the car. Made an appointment late May cause I was told by Daniel the key was there they simply n to obtain my spare key that is supposed to come with the car. Made an appointment late May cause I was told by Daniel the key was there they simply needed to program it. Waited a whole hour just to find out the key wasn't actually cut, they asked me to call back next week to "see if the cut key had arrived" instead of having someone contact me... end of June still haven't gotten a call and I can't seem to get through to find out or make an appointment with the "new system" More

My name is Henry L. Cook and I have a 2008 KIA with 263,009 miles and a few years back I have to have my ignition switch replaced a few years back and was given a key ring with numbers to gt a new key 263,009 miles and a few years back I have to have my ignition switch replaced a few years back and was given a key ring with numbers to gt a new key when it is required. I lost one one while moving and the other broke. A locksmith made me two with the broken key, but it took 2 to 3 minutes at times to start my car. I went to Southwest KIA in Mesquite and was told to go to a locksmith as they had no idea of the numbers on the key tag meant. I went to Southwest KIA of Dallas of Hampton Road and ask for help from George Malagon who assisted me to the best of his ability and them looked for other who might be able to help me. He went to parts and the service technicians and finally to his boss, Daniel Stimson. They treated me with the upmost respect and engaged me about my problem until I was able to finally get a key made. These two gentlemen exemplify the true meaning of complete customer service and I will forever be a walking advertisement for Southwest KIA of Dallas. If the remainder of the staff is anywhere close to their definition of service customer service all customers will come away with a smile and become part of the Southwest KIA fan club. Again, thank you very much guys. More
