Customer service was great. Pricing was questionable. I had one basic diagnostic and than was advised I needed another diagnostic at a greater price. I Wasn’t greeted upon arrival to the service bay not given directions as to where to go. There were too few service agents for the amount of customers. Receptionists/cashiers had to step in to help.
