Made an appointment for seven am, yet due to lack of staff took till around eleven am to even get diagnosis done. Tried to sell me stuff that I didn’t need.. overall poor and inattentive staff… And t staff took till around eleven am to even get diagnosis done. Tried to sell me stuff that I didn’t need.. overall poor and inattentive staff… And telling a customer you are short staffed in inexcusable—- it isn’t my issue! I have a maintenance plan that I paid Kia a lot of money for and I had an appointment. If short staffed instead of crappy service for everyone they should have declined some of the walk ins. More
Larry personally made this an AWESOME experience. Enjoyed the time I was at the dealership. The time was extremely enjoyed. I had a chance to write down things, that had to be done.
