I took my vehicle, 2020 KiaTelluride, to SW Kia for recalls. Unbeknownst to me it was out of alignment (how strange with all the potholes in our roads). I added that to my service. When repairing my vehicle, my service advisor, Amelia, brought to my attention pictures of the cabin air filter (it was black), & my air filter was also pretty dirty. Because this may be my last vehicle, I want to keep it in good condition. There were some recommended maintenance issues that I suspected were missed. Those were updated too. When I purchased my Telluride I purchased an extended warranty, with the purpose of keeping my vehicle in good condition for many years. These services were per Kia manual. I am very happy with this dealership and my service advisor, Amelia. I guess they got tired of me sitting in the waiting room, because after a few hours, I was offered a rental vehicle (no cost to me). So I visited a nearby friend and picked up my vehicle when it was ready. Yes all the services cost me a bit, but no more than if the services were completed on time. I'm all up to date and my Telluride is purring. Thank you Amelia & SW Kia. More
Have a 2021 Kia soul, months to get a hold of the service department. They don’t answer the phones. They don’t honor the warranty. This car has almost killed my wife twice. Just has problem after problem after problem. Rack and pinion has gone out. Engine is already bad. I replaced the AC blower motor already. They took apart the engine without scoping it clear they don’t know what they’re doing. All around the worst car I’ve ever owned. Stay away from Kia. Just gonna have to trade it in and eat the roll over. It’s not worth taking them to court. Over $10,000 in repairs within two years. Save your money, go somewhere else. More
My 2012 Optima has only been serviced at Kia dealerships. Southwest Kia provided excellent customer service, quality repairs in a timely fashion. I will continue using Southwest Kia for future needs.
