Recently bought a brand new 2021 Kia Telluride and my salesman Salvador was the best. The process from start to finish was quick, easy and stress free. The sales representative that initially helped us was very professional but the general manager and the finance manager took so long that took advantage of me being exhausted of waiting. I told the finan very professional but the general manager and the finance manager took so long that took advantage of me being exhausted of waiting. I told the finance manager three times that I didn’t want any additional warranty, service contract or gap insurance and he added it anyway. I even told him NO.. I’m not keeping the car more than 3 years I never do. Unbelievable! Your Manager said he could do better with a new car for only 6000.00 more NOT TRUE! Who in the right mind would pay 26,000 for a Kia Rio? With a 82 month plan? I should have walk away and not let your manager and finance manager manipulating me. When my only intention was to purchase the 2020 model for 12,000. The finance manager would go thru the slides in a half of a second. I would take it back if I could but the last paper I signed (very convenient) was the no cool off time. Hope you guys sleep well at night More
