I am driving my 3rd Kia. I have always used Southwest Kia for service. The service dept was always great until the company was sold. The it went to pot. Not enough service ag I have always used Southwest Kia for service. The service dept was always great until the company was sold. The it went to pot. Not enough service agents;,ones they had were very uncaring & sometimes, just Rude! I am pleased to say that it is no longer like that. It has gotten so much better, I am pleased that I can brag about the great service we receive there now. More
