When I was there two weeks ago to get my oil change, Jeff was my service advisor. This past Saturday when my car broke down because of the battery Jeff was my service advisor again. Salvador reached out to us to come in and take a look at an Optima. But then said it was sold. He then told us to come in and take a look at a Kona. I drove an hour to test drive it and he said it sold. I a an Optima. But then said it was sold. He then told us to come in and take a look at a Kona. I drove an hour to test drive it and he said it sold. I asked him when it sold and he told me earlier in the day. I asked him why did he have me come in if it was already sold. He didn’t have an answer. Just that he will find me a car. I didn’t appreciate being lied to and when I told him I wanted to leave. He said no problem and let me walk out the door.
