Tried multiple times to set up a service appointment. Woman answering the phone was very rude. When I called back she disconnected the call because she recognized my number on her caller ID. Finally found the cell phone number for the Service Manager. Called and he was very nice. Said he would have his best guy contact me to set up an appointment. Waiting two weeks and still no call.
