This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They lack communication, professionalism and I would not recommend going there. I have had multiple issues with them but the latest took the cake. We are 1 1/2 hours from the dealership so we told them to mail our license plates when they came in. A couple of days after our paper tags expired I called and asked where they were and was told by the receptionist (manager could be bothered to come to the phone) that our tags were not in and not to worry I wouldn't get a ticket and if I did the dealership would pay for it. Low and behold we have never received the plates or a phone call and I received a ticket. I finally talked to a manager who tried to blame me for my husband not answering their call (he didn't have any missed calls on April 6th at all). He finally agreed to Fed-EX the plates and the check to cover the ticket and I asked for an email to confirm the tracking information. He couldn't bother to call me back and again when I spoke with the receptionist he couldn't be bothered to come to the phone. I was given the tracking number for the plates but the check will not be in that envelope. Let's just say I fully expect to have to call again tomorrow to get that tracking number. I cannot express how incompetent and unprofessional my experience has been with this dealership. More

I would give this dealer 0 star if I could. I recently purchased 2019 Acura MDX from SW KIA. I live in other state Therefore I need a paper title to be able to register license plate. Jonathan I recently purchased 2019 Acura MDX from SW KIA. I live in other state Therefore I need a paper title to be able to register license plate. Jonathan Smith said they sent electronic to DMV. I went to my local DMV and DMV officer said they need paper title from dealer. I called dealer close to 100 times, but I can’t get to the right person. Most of the time they hang up my call, and sometime They transfer to sale department, but nobody can’t give me answer how they release and where is my title? Both saleman and Jonathan Smith can’t explain how title is released. I could fire Those people since they don’t know how process the tittle is released I still wait for their call to speak to the right person, just simple question is where is my title and how they process to release it? I will recommend to all buyers if you’re looking to buy a car, avoid this SUCH DEALER. They have issue to release titles, and they can’t explain why? Next step I will report to City and State if I don’t hear from dealer next few days. I’m very patient, but I have to say Jonathan Smith is stupid officer I ever business that’s my mistake. More
Tanner provided EXCELLENT customer service and helped make the car buying process smooth. He had already been working a very long day, but did not let it show.
