Completely wasted my time. Had prearranged a trade in which they didn't tell me they refused until i drove there despite confirming the appointment 4 times. A five minute check before the appointment and a phone call could've saved me an hour of my life. Calling out Gage McAfee as incompetent. Oh and Kias are horrible cars to begin with. They cheap out and don't use immobilizers. Not that anyone would want to steal your crap More
