The first salesman was wasting my time. He didn't do what he was supposed to do. However, that's when James Little became involved. Then he got our information again and then asked what car I wanted. The previous salesman said one thing but that wasn't the case. I told James I wanted a black car with an automatic transmission. James went way back to the back of the lot where the new deliveries were made and found me what I wanted. So we drove away from the lot with a 2012 Kia Forte at a price we could afford and terms we could live with. James was so attentive to our requesta and AWARE OF OUR LIMITATIONS AND ISSUES. I came in with a previous ill experience from a different dealership so coming in I was a little on edge. I was greeted by Frankie who from the beginning was so friendly and wonderful! I must admit I had pretty specific requirements and he was so professional and made sure the vehicle I wanted had all the elements I was looking for and the price I had in mind. It turns out they had it but at a different location, in Austin. So they went that same day to get it and had it back by 6pm. I was so impressed!!!
