My paperwork was complete, but Terry belived he could get me a lower interest rate with another finance company. My payments went from $451 to $402 because Terry went above his duty on my behalf. Fortunately I decided to go on down the road. When James introduce himself, I gave him exactly what I wanted down to the color, price, and my trade in allowance. Frankie came over and told me he would do it. Now, I don't want you to think they gave it to me exactly but they came very close....close enough that they brought tears to my eyes. Afterward, I waited for the paperwork to be completed and while waiting, I visited with other shoppers to share in my joy. Everyone should give them a try....just an opportunity to maybe turn your car shopping experience ito a bragging moment, not one of dread. Happy crusin! More

Been looking on the internet for a Kia Optima and comparing price and equipment. This dealership had what we were looking for at a great price. But what they did to help my daughter and son-in-law get a brand new car without making them feel be-little, will earn them a star in heaven. It's hard getting something new when there is only one income and 2 babies to support, but with Stan and the financial team, there were able to do it. With the way things are in this world it is nice to find good honest hardworking people that cares about others. More

No pressure at all. I felt like I was dealing with a friend. That made the buying decision a lot easier. I would rate April a 10 (but your scoring only goes to 5) and would without a doubt refer others to her if they were in search of a new Kia. She took me to the service center and introduced me to one of the service technicians. That was awesome. This dealership is very friendly and amazingly clean. When you walk in, you can’t help but to notice how spotless it is. I purchased my car in December and the experience was a great end to one year and beginning to another. My overall rating of Southwest Kia would be 4.8. I gave the price a 4 only because I was shocked at how much the prices have changed from when I purchased my last car 8 years ago. More
