I shopped for a new Kia Soul for a few days. I knew I wanted a new one, but had not yet found the color and deal that was optimal for me. As soon as I walked into SouthWest Kia I was greeted by Heather wanted a new one, but had not yet found the color and deal that was optimal for me. As soon as I walked into SouthWest Kia I was greeted by Heather Baros. She was very personel and down to earth. She efficiently answered all my questions and after checking with her Supervisor she was able to offer me a better deal than the other Kia dealers I had inquired. Heather walked me through the process and I was able to leave the dealership with my new Kia Soul in under two hours. I have been very happy with my new vehicle and Heather has called to follow up twice to make sure everything was ok. More

Southwest KIA finance manager at the time, Amer, really worked diligently to find financing for me. He was able to get me an excellent deal at Neighborhood Credit Union with an interest rate so good I didn't need GAP insurance. With only a few months to go on that note I still love the car and have had no problems with it at all. I highly recommend the KIA auto and the Southwest KIA dealership. More

I saw the vehicle of interest by using the internet, cars.com, then went directly to your internal or home web site for Southwest Kia. Every question I had was answered, had your local sales manager did the finance numbers a few difference ways to show payment options for determining my down payment. They were willing to accommodate my request to help get me to the level of payment I wanted/needed to make. I came back in the next day to complete the purchase, everything went as planned and was a very relaxed buying experience. Hope this helps you evaluate your staff. Regards, More

I bought my 2006 Spectra at Southwest in 2006 and when I was ready to buy another vehicle we went to Central Kia because it was 3 miles from home, Southwest is 15 miles, but we had a BAD experience with Central Kia, was not pleased at all.
