Stan Bowie my sales rep was very helpful and professional. After looking at two different vehicles and test driving one my decision was made. Great experience I had already been to 2 other dealerships including Clay Cooley Kia, where I was ignored and treated like a second class citizen. So I went in to Southwest without an appointment or having spoken to anyone, it took a few minutes for someone to come speak with me because they were very busy. That is when I met Johnathan Smith who was very professional and helpful, I gave him the stock number of the car I was interested in and he had it brought out in a few minutes and we test drove it (though it was almost on E) and I liked the vehicle. we discussed the pricing and my trade in and down and we came to a very good price in about 15 minutes. There was only one Finance manager on duty and at 10pm I had to leave but they let me take my new car. The next day was just as busy and after about 2 hours was able to go in and speak with Scott Clark who was very helpful in explaining everything and giving me great insight to the warranties and service plans and we concluded quickly after that and I was able to go home with my car. yes I did have to sit and wait, but everyone was very nice and Johnathan constantly checked on me and where things were in the process. I don't feel I wasted a minute of my time and I highly recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More

Watch out for Finance! So I went in pretty guarded since I had worked within the auto lending world before and have seen the horror situation people desperate for a car will So I went in pretty guarded since I had worked within the auto lending world before and have seen the horror situation people desperate for a car will get into. I saw what I wanted at the perfect price. When it came down to the numbers my very nice and professional sales rep had no clue how his finance department came up with their ridiculous monthly payment. I literally sat there and did the math myself in front of him and he had no idea what to even say when he saw it actually being calculated. The paper he had in his hand showed a $150.00 increase per month with absolutely no explanation! Once he took my findings to what I am assuming is his manager, he then came back and tried to make me feel better by lowering the price that still didn't match the actual finance percentage! His finance department basically said "we just put the numbers in the computer and this is what it came up with". This is truly sad that if you are the person entrusted to do the numbers you should know the basics in math! No manager ever came out (and I'm assuming due to embarrassment) to try and go over my concerns. Knowledge is power and this keeps businesses like this from ripping you off! More
