I came in with a previous ill experience from a different dealership so coming in I was a little on edge. I was greeted by Frankie who from the beginning was so friendly and wonderful! He made the whole tran dealership so coming in I was a little on edge. I was greeted by Frankie who from the beginning was so friendly and wonderful! He made the whole transaction so smooth. I even have a little one year old who can be a handful and he was so good with her. I must admit I had pretty specific requirements and he was so professional and made sure the vehicle I wanted had all the elements I was looking for and the price I had in mind. It turns out they had it but at a different location, in Austin. So they went that same day to get it and had it back by 6pm. I was so impressed!!! Overall I can't complain about anything, I promise that! The whole team is so friendly making sure we were comfortable. This is definitely the place you would want to go to to purchase a new vehicle. Definitely ask for Frankie! You won't walk away disappointed! You always hear to go the extra mile, well Frankie sure fits that! I already recommended this dealership and Frankie to my family. More

Great buying experience. After searching over 10 dealers in Texas, I finally located the EX with the color, interior and equipment that I wanted. I flew to Dallas to pick up car and was picked up at the air in Texas, I finally located the EX with the color, interior and equipment that I wanted. Frankie was very customer service oriented. Offered me something to drink made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. He paid attention to what I was looking for and brought me the perfect car to te something to drink made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting. He paid attention to what I was looking for and brought me the perfect car to test drive. We not only tested the car on the side streets, but was able to test on the highway to get a good feel for the car. He showed me how some of the features worked on the car and helped me sync my phone to the car's bluetooth capability. The paperwork and finance went smooth and I was out the door with my new car in a respectable amount of time. Frankie continually made sure I was comforable throughout the whole process. Thank you!!!
