But what they did to help my daughter and son-in-law get a brand new car without making them feel be-little, will earn them a star in heaven. It's hard getting something new when there is only one income and 2 babies to support, but with Stan and the financial team, there were able to do it. With the way things are in this world it is nice to find good honest hardworking people that cares about others. More

Engaging in financial issues, April was able to converse with her team (multiple times) to further discuss affordable payments that would accommodate myself financially. Then, when it came to purchasing the car and its process, Richard T. was very thorough and prompt with the paper work. He was very friendly and sincere as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this particular Southwest KIA to others. The staff was amazing! Make sure to ask for April Waggoner. More

No pressure at all. I felt like I was dealing with a friend. That made the buying decision a lot easier. I would rate April a 10 (but your scoring only goes to 5) and would without a doubt refer others to her if they were in search of a new Kia. She took me to the service center and introduced me to one of the service technicians. That was awesome. This dealership is very friendly and amazingly clean. When you walk in, you can’t help but to notice how spotless it is. I purchased my car in December and the experience was a great end to one year and beginning to another. My overall rating of Southwest Kia would be 4.8. I gave the price a 4 only because I was shocked at how much the prices have changed from when I purchased my last car 8 years ago. More

I am absolutely proud to be driving around in this new car, and to be able to do that and get it for what we thought we should have to pay is outstanding! In a two week span my wife and I dealt with 13 dealerships and sales personnel and Southwest Kia @ Hampton with James were by far the best. The service was truly among the best! I have to say working with Danny & Cecil was a real pleasure. The experience I had at the dealership was like none other I have had buying a new car. Danny & Cecil worked with me to get the price I was looking for. Within an hour after arriving at the dealership I bought the car I wanted. The finance process took 20 minutes and I was on my way home with a new Optima. I have never had that happen at a dealership. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Kia to see Danny Sparks. More
The first salesman was wasting my time. He didn't do what he was supposed to do. However, that's when James Little became involved. Then he got our information again and then asked what car I wanted. The previous salesman said one thing but that wasn't the case. I told James I wanted a black car with an automatic transmission. James went way back to the back of the lot where the new deliveries were made and found me what I wanted. So we drove away from the lot with a 2012 Kia Forte at a price we could afford and terms we could live with. James was so attentive to our requesta and AWARE OF OUR LIMITATIONS AND ISSUES. My cousin who was with me commented that James was the first salesman he didn't have to curse out. Thank you James Little for a job well done. More

Had originally gone to Central Kia because it is closer to my house. I had a horrible experience there and it almost made me change my mind about buying a Kia at all. But, I decided to go and check out Sou to my house. I had a horrible experience there and it almost made me change my mind about buying a Kia at all. But, I decided to go and check out Southwest Kia. Danny greeted us in the parking lot and handled us the rest of the day. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in getting us the rate and monthly payment that we wanted I would highly recommend Danny to all my friends. More
