The salesperson I spoke with was exceptional; however, this is where exceptional service stopped. No one seems accountable at this dealership and the GM is apathetic. How this dealership gets repeat business is beyond logic. There is a very good reason to buy Honda. I have never encountered such inept behavior on the part of the management. No one seems to give a straight answer as the finance department kept changing financing scenarios--conveniently when you think you are on the brink of actually closing the deal after hours of laborous efforts to try to rationalize with the finance department. My first impession of Kia could have been a lot better had there been professionalism on the part of the management. Corporate should know about their lack of accountability and there "just leave" attitude. No one seemed to care or want to make things right. I believe that's why other car companies do so well and have a great reputation, because they thrive on repeat business and care about customer servive all the way to the management team, which is how it should be. More

My visit for service 15,000 mile check-up and oil change was great, went in an checked my email, on the new computers for customers, great idea! Place was a total joke and running a scam to sell cars. We drove over an hour and all they did was jerk us around. They didn't give us a 120% of black book like they claimed they would. We went somewhere else and bought a honda that gave us way more for our trade-in than this place offered. I can't say it enough, this place is terrible, terrible, terrible. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will continue to hang the lip on them to everyone I know or run into. I will make sure that I stress to people to NEVER shop here. This place SUCKS! More

She listened to my needs and I left the dealership knowing I got just want I wanted. I am also thankful to Terry in the finance department. My paperwork was complete, but Terry belived he could get me a lower interest rate with another finance company. My payments went from $451 to $402 because Terry went above his duty on my behalf. The staff at Southwest Kia were as sweet as the pie they gave to me to take home!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Car shopping is always an experience that can be a challenging one.I should know as I have had over 10 cars in my lifetime. Yes, I am an older gal. No matter how "armed" one feels, there are always surprises. The surprise was very pleasant. I had already visited another Kia dealer and spent not one visit but three. Fortunately I decided to go on down the road. When James introduce himself, I gave him exactly what I wanted down to the color, price, and my trade in allowance. Frankie came over and told me he would do it. Now, I don't want you to think they gave it to me exactly but they came very close....close enough that they brought tears to my eyes. Afterward, I waited for the paperwork to be completed and while waiting, I visited with other shoppers to share in my joy. Everyone should give them a try....just an opportunity to maybe turn your car shopping experience ito a bragging moment, not one of dread. Happy crusin! More
