I went to Southwest Kia again to purchase my 2nd vehicle with my main man Danny Sparks!!!! I went in with the stock number, color, price, and Danny took care of the rest. No lie within a hour and 15 mins I with my main man Danny Sparks!!!! I went in with the stock number, color, price, and Danny took care of the rest. No lie within a hour and 15 mins I was approved, had test drove, signed paper work, car was washed and tank on F!!! All I had to do was drive off. As I said before I would definitely recommend Southwest Kia for your next purchase and when you do ask for Danny Sparks. Don't worry about the negative reviews trust me I've had two purchases within the last 10 months from Kia all because of Danny! So save yourself and pockets a headache by coming to Southwest Kia I promise you will be satisfied! Thanks Danny!!! More
Worst experience. I was in the market for a 2013 rio5. Went to the dealership after reading reviews on how "great" they were. Worked with Danny Spark. He was a basket case running all over the place constantly make false promises like "this will only take a second" and was gone for over 20 minutes. He attempted to bring us 2 cars both of which would not start! He claimed "it must need a battery" they attempted to charge them and they still wouldn't start. He just kept saying over and over he had no idea what was going on. Instead of just going and getting a new battery he just sat in the car and stared at me like "well it won't start oh we'll what can you do". It was bad enough I had to stand in the heat for almost an hour while he and some other stooges fumbled around trying to start the car. Let's see... Common sense would say PUT ANOTHER BATTERY IN if the one it it isnt holding a charge! Also, they didnt even know they had the car I saw online in their inventory. They were shocked that I mentioned it. Which was just another context clue that they don't take care of their cars! Not one but two with dead battery's! Ridiculous! So with that I decided to leave so I told you I was leaving and he just said ok got out of the car and walked off. Never once did he try to console me to keep my business or make an actual effort to fix the problem! Like I said WORST experience at a dealership! Do yourself a favor like I did and take the extra trip down the highway to PATTERSON KIA where they know how to treat their guest and get business done! Thanks to PATTERSON KIA I love my new rio5 that they got me into :) More

This includes the sales team, the financing team, and the service department. Every time we took the car in for service it was quick effecient and thorough. Our salesman, Fernando Silva, was excellent at finding the right car at the right price and stayed with us all through the purchase process, including helping to sync my phone to the bluetooth. Josh Lozier gave excellent service when we went to the service department. My special son had twisted up a seat belt so badly I couldn't get it straight. Josh immediately fixed it for me. Friendly people with excellent service attitudes. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. More

In April I went to Southwest KIA looking for a car for myself. I was greeted by Danny as I arrived. I told him what I was looking for and he took his time showing me the different models they had. I didn't but a car that night but I was so impressed with him that I went the following weekend and bought a KIA Soul for my daughter. The process was fast and easy. I got a great price and payments. Fast forward to August, I was looking for a car for my other daughter and the first person I thought of was Danny! I went back just to look and see if we could possibly work out a just as good deal as the first. We Did!!! I bought a KIA Forte Coupe from Danny. It was just as fast and easy. I recommend Danny to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!!!! He is friendly, knowledgeable and really cares for his clients! I know that when I'm ready for my next car I will be looking for him!! More
Great sales service, but when it comes to service department terrible customer service. Have gotten several scheduled services done here and when it comes to their customer service it seems like I wa department terrible customer service. I went to Southwest KIA on yesterday and was greeted by Danny Sparks. I must say he is a gift from God!!! He not only tries to get you what you want, but makes sure your happy and satisfied!! Danny went over and beyond what he had to do to make sure I get right payment and a nice ride!! On May 30th I visited SW KIA.. it was raining off and on.. went there to just price and look at the Optimas.. had no intention of trading in my Dodge Stratus... was greeted as soon as i parked my car. on.. went there to just price and look at the Optimas.. had no intention of trading in my Dodge Stratus... was greeted as soon as i parked my car.. that's when i met Jose Valverde.. although just a "kid" . I say that cuz he was really young.. he was extremely friendly and eager to show me anything i wanted to look at.. i guess i caught them right before a team meeting.. it was cute to see while i was looking at the Optimas ... there was only one i liked.. dark cherry in color.. took it for a test drive.. the car was transferred from Rockwall.. had close to 100 miles on it.. all questions i had Jose answered with enthusiasm and energy.. during the test drive i thought the car needed a front end alignment.. but i dismissed it since my travels never take me in the area of the Dallas dealership.. thought it was just the unfamiliar roads.. after driving it for a week i had realized that it DID need an alignment.. told Jose V. He got the appt.set up when i picked up my plates.. he called me a couple times to make sure i was happy with my purchase.. he called after i got the alignment to make sure everything was good.. that's customer service.. since then every time somebody asks about my car i tell them about my experience.. i always recommend anybody to go to see SW KIA and to ask for Jose V. With his personality and eagerness to make sure my experience was awesome.. i would go anywhere he worked if he remained in sales.. now for service.. this Jose was very professional and worked hard to get me out asap.. he informed me that there is only one alignment under my warranty.. i personally think since the car was purchased just weeks ago that that should not have counted towards my warranty since the car had been driven for at least a weekend..now for finance office.. traded my dodge in which i was upside down in .. they paid off my car but took longer than normal to send out check.. loan company kept calling for a payment.. long story short.. they paid all late charges that accrued.. awesome.. dont let finance officer rush through paperwork.. i agreed on a price with Jose V and the sales manager.. after signing all paperwork i noticed i paid a different price then agreed upon.. it all went very fast and that's what i wanted however make sure u take the time to check all paperwork... would i recommend this dealership and the KIA OPTIMA.. ABSOLUTELY!! Would i return to this dealership? WITHOUT A DOUBT!!! Despite the few minor errors i highly recommend SW KIA and Jose Valverde... I put them on my facebook page and noticed they take pics of people that purchased a vehicle.. i never had my pic taken :( kinda bummed about that but its all good.. i love my KIA OPTIMA.. and i wanna personally thank Jose V for a no pressure sale.. While sitting and waiting on delivery on my new car i noticed some high pressure ( in my opinion) sales.. i am very thankful Jose V was courteous and very friendly.. that's about it from me... go to SW KIA DALLAS.. U wont walk away unhappy and u will get exactly what u want... thanks again SW KIA and JOSE VALVERDE... More
