The first time I met with Gordon Penelton, he worked very hard to reach a monthly payment acceptable to me based on my previous 2014 Kia, however, the The first time I met with Gordon Penelton, he worked very hard to reach a monthly payment acceptable to me based on my previous 2014 Kia, however, the finance person was offensive telling me his offer was the best I would do after I had spent 2-1/2 hours at the dealership. I left the dealership and kept in touch with Gordon. I backed off for a week and checked other Dallas area Kia dealers and decided upon a reasonable lease payment and term to go back to Southwest with. The second visit was pleasant and efficient and the finance manager (sorry I lost the card with his name) that I signed my paper work with was pleasant and realized that I had been in the banking industry 40+ years and knew a little about financing. I now have my 2018 Kia Sportage and I love it. More

Very Poor Customer Service This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have never received such poor customer service when trying to buy a car. I have been trying to purchase a van since Saturday, with very little response or help from the salesman who I conversed with. With good credit and attempting to put a large amount of cash down up front, I would expect a lot more than being ignored for hours and days at a time. Since I wanted to complete this deal so badly, I finally spoke with a manager (Victor) at a different location yesterday, who I thought had helped get the ball rolling. I was contacted yesterday afternoon by a different sales rep, who very briefly called to let me know he would be calling me back very soon to help me and answer any questions I had. He clarified that he would be calling me back before the day was over, as I was still TRYING to give my business to this dealership. I NEVER heard from anyone again! Bad business. Terrible customer service. I am very disappointed. More
