Friendly Marc was a very nice person to me and my mother. He made sure that my mother had and wanted everything in a car. Once my mother was able to drive off Marc was a very nice person to me and my mother. He made sure that my mother had and wanted everything in a car. More than just a dealer. I don't even know how to express my gratitude. I went to the Dallas Southwest Kia location to trade in my 2011 SX Turbo for a 2015 K900 that was only I don't even know how to express my gratitude. I went to the Dallas Southwest Kia location to trade in my 2011 SX Turbo for a 2015 K900 that was only $26k and some change. Antonio, Johnathan, Stan, Scott, and Mike were more than helpful. Once I bought it, as soon as I drove off the lot my realtor called me freaking out because we are closing on a home that following week and that I cannot make any purchases. Immediately my heart dropped. I retyrned immediately and broke down in front of Mike and Antonio because I know the rules. They were more empathetic than I expected and you could tell they felt my pain. I explained the situation and asked for their help and they let me cancel straight up because I've been a long time customer. I've never been more scared then more relieved in my life. Like I said. They are more than a dealer. They are a people company and you can honestly tell that they sincerely care about you. I will be back and bring customers your way!!!! More
