Bad communication We called the dealership about a vehicle that was showing discounted on their website. There was no information on mileage on the discounted vehicle s We called the dealership about a vehicle that was showing discounted on their website. There was no information on mileage on the discounted vehicle so we emailed to get pictures and mileage on the vehicle. The dealer emailed back pictures and stated in the email the vehicle had 10 miles on it. The night before driving over to the dealer to see the vehicle we called to confirm the mileage and were told they would call us back, the call didn't get made until the next day when we were at the dealership. Ends up the published 10 miles emailed and added to their website the previous day was incorrect, actual mileage was over 6700 miles. Not a good experience with communication and misleading information. We bought new at Moritz Kia where they beat Southwest's published price. More

I had heard many good things about the Southwest KIA location and knew it was the best place to start looking for an affordable car. I had always had help from family and have never bought a brand new car. My first thoughts were that I needed a used car and could probably only ever get a small car. I pride myself on being on time and the day I walked in to look for a car, I was late. That didn't matter. Stan (who was by appointment only) was the best salesman i've ever had. He was patient and listened to my wants and wishes, a couple of hours later, I walked out a new car-owner with no help from family. I never felt pressured or disappointed in any selection I was offered. With my credit and no money down, I was able to drive and take home a 2018 Kia!
