We apologize for the inconvenience with what happened with you and the kids.. The shuttle service is there as a courtesy, and of course we try to get there when requested, but have no control over other pick ups taking longer than expected. We do appreciate your feedback, so that we can use this as a learning experience with making sure the Advisers are being more clear about the Shuttle Service not being able to guarantee a specific time and doing a better job at communicating with how the service works. When you had spoken to Ryan, our Service Manager, Daniel, wasn't here that day, so he was being honest when he told you he wasn't available. He did make him aware of what happened and Daniel attempted to reach out to you, as well as our Customer Service Representative, Rachel, but we haven't heard anything back.
