Wasted Trip and Money I started on CarGurus shopping for a car after insurance totaled my car when I was rear-ended. I found a posting from Southwest Kia for a car that I w I started on CarGurus shopping for a car after insurance totaled my car when I was rear-ended. I found a posting from Southwest Kia for a car that I was interested in. I live in Kansas and since I was interested in buying this car I called several times through out the week to confirm that the car was still available. After multiple confirmations from people who seem to work in a call center and not actually at the dealership I bought a plane ticket to fly down to Dallas and pick up the car, I had a bankers check in hand. Upon arrival to Dallas I took an Uber to the dealership. When I arrived it was 15 minutes before I was approached by anyone (I had an appointment scheduled) once I was approached the gentleman went to get the car and upon checking his system he came back to inform me that the car which was confirmed multiple times that day to be on the lot was at a body shop being worked on when the Carfax was reported clean. Needless to say at this point I was in disbelief so I asked to talk to sales manager. Who spent another 10 minutes searching his system to which he came over and told me the car sold at another dealership before I arrived. I flew all the way to Dallas with check in hand to purchase a car which was confirmed to be available to look at and buy when I got there. Being stranded in Dallas I had no option but to purchase another Uber and plane ticket back home at 10:00 pm. Was told they would reimburse me for plane tickets and Uber’s but they are only playing me back for one of each. Was never able to talk to General Manager of dealership and 2 weeks later the car is still listed on their website. Very disappointing trip to Dallas and a waste of $750 dollars for 2 last minute tickets and Uber’s and a full day of travel. Very poor process for purchasing cars from out of state buyers and poor communication between call center and dealership. Don’t recommend this dealership for out of state buyers. Spend your money else where. More

Bad experience with South west kia and Dallas I went to Southwest Kia and purchased a 2019 Kia Rio I ask the sales person did the car have an alarm system on it he said I promise you it has one o I went to Southwest Kia and purchased a 2019 Kia Rio I ask the sales person did the car have an alarm system on it he said I promise you it has one on it but it didn't from the sales manager to the finance guy also the sales person they were all unprofessional the sales manager told me I could go to car toys to get an alarm system I told him I was not going to car toys they should put one in out of courtesy when they decided to put one in they give me a loaner car that had spider webs in it, the service department said they had to drive the car to Grand Prairie, and the car would be back that Thursday or Friday after I dropped my car off I didn't here from anyone, after the way I was treated I told them I didn't want the car I only had it for nine days purchased it on 5/13/2019 to 5/22/2019 and when I went to take the loaner car back to them the car was not there I also told them I wanted my money back the sales manager said they couldn't give me my money back because they spent 500 dollars they are liars I'm still working on getting my money back I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to South West Kia very unprofessional. More

I was very depressed upon entering due to the upset received from Clay Cooley, whom I’d been financing my car through for 3 years and they wouldn’t let me upgrade. I worked with Jesus Delira, whom was very joyful, calm and more hopeful than I. He tried everything to get my guards down but the continuous smile and generosity helped. He reassured me so many times that things will be okay. As my patience drew down, he uplifted my burden of having to drive off in that 2011 Kia Soul, I was driving off in a 2020 Kia Soul. I will be doing business with him and Southwest Kia from here on out. I love you guys! More
