Said they were going to put in a new radio, did not. Said would not be ready until the following week which was ok, but suddenly was ready for delivery Saturday. When they put the old radio into the car, they failed to ensure the other electronic elements were plugged back in. More

Liked the dealership and car selection but needed to be more upfront with the final cost. Was told some costs(paint chip protection and stain guard) were figured into the price but was actually added to t more upfront with the final cost. Our fault for not catching it until the next day (or at time of signing) when sending the lein info to our insurance company. It's a great 2020 car and we really like it but not sure the $1500+ extra dollars was value added with the high miles on it. Was told we would be reimbursed for part of that extra cost but haven't received it yet. Will update our review when we do. More
