Before texting Serena from Southwest Auto Sales, I'd been putting off getting another vehicle for over a year, because I have bad credit. I had tried to get several pre-approvals through banks that I've had putting off getting another vehicle for over a year, because I have bad credit. I had tried to get several pre-approvals through banks that I've had successful auto loans with in the past, and had been denied by all of them. She told me that from the information I had submitted online, they had a couple lenders that were interested and asked If I could come to the dealership that afternoon. I said yes, but was skeptical I could get financing. We arrived at 4:00PM on Saturday. They closed at 5:30PM. We had the fortune of meeting Jose immediately after parking the car. So, unlike other Fort Wayne dealerships that I've purchased from in the past, we didn’t have to hunt down a Sale Consultant and then wait for them to get off the phone. We had Jose's complete focus from the time we got there, until the time we left around 7:30PM. With new vehicle!! All of the management and staff we encountered at Southwest Auto Sales are very friendly, knowledgeable, patient. But, most importantly they actually listen to you and aren't pushy. They also have a very large selection compared to other independent dealerships. The bottom line is: I highly recommend Southwest Auto Sales and they will be my first call the next time I'm in need of a vehicle. More
