Went out of their way to prep vehicle for sale. Oil change, turned front rotors, new front brake pads. Sales department was good. Worked a little on final price. Finance dept. Didn't try to sell me change, turned front rotors, new front brake pads. Sales department was good. Worked a little on final price. Finance dept. Didn't try to sell me extras I didn't want like extended warranty or gap insurance. Came in with my own bank financing. This was an unpleasant experience. Manager acted like I was trying to fraude them out of a car. Said they wouldn't release car for 4 days till bank check cleared. Then they asked me to write a personal check to cover the price?? Told them no. Bank had to email copy of the check along with a promissory document. Finally they released the car. The place seemed shady and sckethy. Another customer actually wanted to pay with a personal check that they wouldn't accept. That I can understand. Why they wanted one from me makes no sense. Would I recommend this dealer. Maybe More
