They chose not to disclose the fact that the engine was ready to seize any second. So here we are 5 days after the initial sale and have a totaled car that is now “our problem” from what my fiancé was told ready to seize any second. It’s alright though little do they know indiana has laws that cover “lemons” as what was sold to us. We were told by Joel at the time who was our salesmen that they had no idea what was wrong with the car if it had any issues because that is the first thing I asked because I’ve bought plenty of vehicles and dealt with scams before. So again my question to this dealership is why would you put a price tag on a vehicle that you have not had in your shop? Why would you price it and post it online without having it looked at or checked out? More
