Our situation forced us into needing to get a new vehicle due to engine issues with our prior vehicle. Virtual shopping on line during the snowstorm allowed us to really look at a lot of inventory and the s due to engine issues with our prior vehicle. Virtual shopping on line during the snowstorm allowed us to really look at a lot of inventory and the selection options in the SUV line kept bringing us back to Southwest auto. When we arrived out to look at the selections 1st hand we were not greeted by pushy sales people we got an opportunity to work at our pace. When we approached the sales person in this case we got Sunny, we were well received and treated like good customers. We were never forced to look at something we didn't want to look at as we already knew what we wanted to look at and we are happy that we weren't forced into something that we were not interested in. Sunny's took care of us to help us get through the test drive phase as well as once we decided on the 2018 equinox he made it an easy process. Overall our experience with Southwest auto sales was a very good one and I would highly recommend them. We read some negative reviews but now having gone through the process I would say that we were clearly shown everything, everything told to us was clearly documented and their processes are very good. More
