When I purchased this car, they'd promised to do an inspection and I'd later found out they had never scheduled it. I showed up and they had no idea what I was talking about. They did do an oil change (but that later ended very badly with a reimbursement after the oil filter rolled off and left my oil drain from my car.). My tires were also dangerously low on tread. Overall, the car is great, after all the fixing. But the trust I now have for this dealership is miniscule now. More

I purchased a2015 Nissan Rogue from this dealership in Dec 2020. I live about 45 miles away and before I got home the check engine light came on. Contacted the dealer the next morning to find my service c Dec 2020. I live about 45 miles away and before I got home the check engine light came on. Contacted the dealer the next morning to find my service contract doesn't begin for 30 days. Wasn't told that when buying. Had to drive for the next 30 days with a check engine light on. Made an appt for 30 days later to have it looked at. They had to order the O2 sensors so that was another trip. Parts came in and they called me and I took it back for them to install. It only took 3 trips to get that repaired. After that I took it through a car wash to find out they had replaced the windshield. and it leaked so bad that I wouldn't have gotten any wetter if I had been standing in the car wash. All the water coming in fried my XM radio. I got in touch with the Glass Dr in Ft Wayne. I had to order another radio which the Glass Dr paid for. I was without my XM for over 3 months. I sent in a service request on the AC yesterday morning at 3:40 am and never heard from anybody. I made an appt at a Nissan dealer to get it fixed next week. This is why your review from me is terrible and the only thing I can say is if someone is looking to buy from Southwest BUYER BEWARE. It is a lousy dealership. More
