Southwest auto sales was very helpful when choosing my next vehicle. My original car has been totalled and I couldn't afford a better vehicle than what I had. When I came to the lot I was looking for cheaper options but Sunny was able to point out a vehicle I havent even considered. I ended buying his recommendation! For the price and condition it was a great deal. One thing that I loved about this dealership is that they really take care of their vehicles. They performed maintenance on the car before selling it and they spotted issues it had that they took care of with no cost to me. They also offer oil changes after the purchase of the vehicle. The finance people were never pushy and they made sure I felt comfortable with all the numbers before we signed. They were also patient to work with my schedule. Sunny ended up coming to the dealership twice on his day off to work with me. I felt so bad about that but really made a difference when deciding who to give my business to. Overall super impressed! Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2013 GMC sierra 1500 from this dealership. They were very straightforward, did not try to push me into a sale, they laid out what they could do for me ver GMC sierra 1500 from this dealership.
