Southwest Auto Sales responded

In response to Mr. Blacks Issues I would like to say that when he called me I went to the Manager to make him aware of what had happen after Mr. Black left the dealership. He said he was about 60 miles away and his tire was losing air. Said he stopped twice and it was the same lose of air pressure. I explained that our service department was closed. They close at 5:pm and when this happened it was 6:40 and the store was about to close. We couldn't get to him to help him at that point so the sales manager said to have him call roadside assistance and send us a copy of the bill and we would reimburse him for the charge. I called or text him later and he said he and his father made it home safely. I again told him to send us a copy of the bill and we would take care of it. He told me the problem was the valve stems was dry rotted. I assumed at that point everything was good. He never shared any other thoughts of being this upset or I would have addressed it for him.
