HORRIBLE FINANCE DEPT-THIS RATING DOES NOT REFLECT SALESMAN SALES MANAGER HERB AND FINANCE MANAGER RICHARD ARE A TOTAL JOKE!!! I purchased a car from this dealership and gave a OUTSTANDING review on my salesma SALES MANAGER HERB AND FINANCE MANAGER RICHARD ARE A TOTAL JOKE!!! I purchased a car from this dealership and gave a OUTSTANDING review on my salesman Mr.Bobby...he was AWESOME!!! No I find out what I was told by the Finance Dept was 100% misleading. First of all Richard (Finance) seems unhappy about life in general and he doesn't have a pleasant demeanor at ALL!!! My payments were supposed to be within 45 days, but he is so oblivious to his job...he submitted my payments to be due within 30 days and when I called to speak with a Manager, I spoke with Herb...I'm not going to say the horrible things about him because it is not my character the words that I can describe him as..... Oh yeah, when I called to speak with Richard he didn't even want to speak with me because he know he made a MISTAKE!!! so he blew me up...SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Don't go to this dealership as a single woman because they will tell you one thing and do the total opposite when you leave!!!! More
