I was offered a free oil change and a discounted tire rotation fee for my first regular maintenance visit. My appointment was for 11:30. There was a bit of a back up so my expected hour wait turned into an hour and twenty minutes, but it seems there is a wait beyond appointed times no matter where you go - hairdresser, doctor, etc. Overall I am happy with this dealership - more so than any other I've dealt with. I've purchased eight vehicles in my life - two from Southtowne. They are the only dealership I would return to. More

Came later after work to look at a different color, went over my trade in car, waited for the finance details and was done in about 1-1/2 hours. Really was amazed how quick the process was.
