Solid experience I was impressed that the dealership didn't haggle very much. I presented what I was looking for and the dealership matched it without any serious head I was impressed that the dealership didn't haggle very much. Some of the staff seemed a little bit unprofessional, and lots of staff seemed more interested in the football game than their customers. This seemed to somewhat affect my sales guy's ability to get me information in a more timely manner. Dale was very helpful and listened to my needs. He didn't try to oversell me on anything. He did, however, let me leave without a full tank of gas. When I returned the next week to sign some new paperwork, he filled it up for me to make up for it. He seemed unaware about the process of ordering parts, as I thought I would be picking up crossbars (as per our agreement) whenever the parts department was open. Instead, Dale escorted us to the parts department, asked for the parts, and learned that he needed to place an order for them. None of this seriously impacted my purchase experience, because I was mostly concerned with getting the deal I was looking for and not having to spend multiple days to get it. Overall, I enjoyed working with Dale and I'm not sure I would have purchased if one of the other sales guys had helped me. More

Best vehicle purchase ever Southtowne was the first of 3 dealerships I visited in the area when I was trying to narrow down which vehicle to buy. I told Wes what I was looking f Southtowne was the first of 3 dealerships I visited in the area when I was trying to narrow down which vehicle to buy. I told Wes what I was looking for and he took me straight to the Sonatas. I was picky over the interior color and he didn’t even bat an eye, just showed me a Sonata with a color I liked. He knew all about the vehicle, wasn’t pushy in the slightest, and made sure I knew about the dealership perks for buying with Southtowne. I left and had horrible experiences at two other dealerships (I didn’t even make it off the lot at one because the salesperson was so unprofessional!). I went back to Southtowne and as soon as I was greeted, I told Wes I wanted to talk about financing. Financing was smooth as well and once my car was shiny and clean, Wes took the time to walk me through all the features of my new car and helped me set up the car to interface with my phone. I absolutely love my car and the service at Southtowne. I even have my first appointment for service scheduled! I will definitely be a customer for life. More
