Solid experience I was impressed that the dealership didn't haggle very much. I presented what I was looking for and the dealership matched it without any serious head I was impressed that the dealership didn't haggle very much. Some of the staff seemed a little bit unprofessional, and lots of staff seemed more interested in the football game than their customers. This seemed to somewhat affect my sales guy's ability to get me information in a more timely manner. Dale was very helpful and listened to my needs. He didn't try to oversell me on anything. He did, however, let me leave without a full tank of gas. When I returned the next week to sign some new paperwork, he filled it up for me to make up for it. He seemed unaware about the process of ordering parts, as I thought I would be picking up crossbars (as per our agreement) whenever the parts department was open. Instead, Dale escorted us to the parts department, asked for the parts, and learned that he needed to place an order for them. None of this seriously impacted my purchase experience, because I was mostly concerned with getting the deal I was looking for and not having to spend multiple days to get it. Overall, I enjoyed working with Dale and I'm not sure I would have purchased if one of the other sales guys had helped me. More
