Tommy was great -- no all your sales people are this great! We purchased a Scion from you a couple years ago, and did not have near as nice an experience as we did with Tommy Bowling! He was attentive to detai We purchased a Scion from you a couple years ago, and did not have near as nice an experience as we did with Tommy Bowling! He was attentive to detail, and even when another salesman (Bob Smith) had to help us when we were finalizing the details, Tommy still kept checking in. I'm still waiting on my SIM card and my 2nd remote for the car. Tommy called and said that the remote was in, but that they still hadn't been able to get the Sim card in. This would be my only complaint/concern, that we still don't have this. More

Great Service Amazing personal, and timely service that you rarely get when something is wrong with your car. I had one of those hard to diagnose noises that didn’t occur all the time, but enough to be annoying. Philmon - a service manager took a test drive with me to see if we could hear it together. From there, he facilitated and followed up with the necessary technicians to see that it got fixed really quick. I was in and out in no time. Amazing experience that will bring me back again and again. More

Appointment Came in on 01/15/2019 to have oil changed. They said I needed to make appointment or it would be a 2 hour wait. Never have I made appointment before. Anyway I said ok, made a appointment for 01/21/2019 @ 2:45. Very nice young lady that made my appt.. Arrived for appt about 2:41. I waited 20 minutes for my paper work to be competed before they took my car. Appt at 2:45 my car was competed at 4:45. Still a two hour wait. My question is why did I have to come back with a appt that I have never had to make if I still am going to have to wait 2 hours? ***Not important to some people but very important to me. My oil sticker wasn't put on my windshield for my return oil visit. More
