wheel lock wrench I was buying a new set of tires for my used Genesis and The tire place and I were unable to locate the wheel lock wrench. The people at the service c I was buying a new set of tires for my used Genesis and The tire place and I were unable to locate the wheel lock wrench. The people at the service center were very kind and took my auto right in and took the locks off the car and replace them with regular steel lugs. Without a reservation I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Way to go BARRY! More

My parents, who are in their 70's, purchased a car from here a co From service to sales to finance, Southtowne Hyundai of Newnan will not disappoint! My parents, who are in their 70's, purchased a car from here a couple of years ago, and the sales men and women have always been available to answer questions and assist them with anything from setting up my mother's phone to showing her what each "button" does (sometimes answering the same question multiple times). The General Manager, Charlie, was extremely patient and took time with her to make her feel comfortable buying a car with all of the "new technology" she did not know how to use. I recently purchased the new Palisade and had several questions for which Scott, my salesman, provided honest feedback. If he wasn't 100% sure of the answer, he did his homework, got details and confirmed that what he was telling me was accurate. I cannot express how much I appreciate his willingness to tell me if he needed time to find out instead of telling me what he "thought" was the answer or what I wanted to hear. Ultimately, the honesty and integrity of the team at this dealership was my deciding factor for my selection of both brand and location. More
