Excellent service! After 6 years, 102,000 miles and only Southtowne service, I made the decision to use a closer-to-my-house service company for a repair during Covid. After 6 years, 102,000 miles and only Southtowne service, I made the decision to use a closer-to-my-house service company for a repair during Covid. After being without a car for five days and a total of two visits to make the repair, the same warning light came on in the vehicle the second time I used it after the repair. I drove to Southtowne immediately and after the same diagnosis and one day with a loaner car, the repair was completed. No lights on! Thanks Southtowne - you are The Best! More

Not satisfied will my visit today was prepared to spend some to fix my issues.I feel if they would have just fine the diagnostic like I wanted instead I'm out 200.and the part they replaced did nothing to some to fix my issues.I feel if they would have just fine the diagnostic like I wanted instead I'm out 200.and the part they replaced did nothing to fix my issue.now I have to buy EXSPENSIVE PART,and pay more labor.I love I'm fixed income. GOOD SHOP They identified the fix for my car, changed oil and did a tire rotation, and fixed a 2 hour recall in about 3 hours, while I waited.
