Great customer service I purchased a new Tuscon from Southtowne. I am very happy with the service I received when dealing with them. There was a warranty issue with the vehi I purchased a new Tuscon from Southtowne. I am very happy with the service I received when dealing with them. There was a warranty issue with the vehicles front seat. The service department ordered a new cover for the seat, which turned out looked worse than the original, but they switched it back with no issue. The service manager was polite, understanding and great to work with. I will highly recommend this dealership. More

Always 5 stars. My service rep is Carmen. She knows both me and My sister because we have always used this Southtown Hyundai for our servicing. She always keeps track of our cars. She lets us know what ser me and My sister because we have always used this Southtown Hyundai for our servicing. She always keeps track of our cars. She lets us know what servicing is needed. When we are there she lets us know what is going on, what to expect and charges. We are never blindsided. The whole service dept is great. We depend on all. They work as a team. You can’t go wrong. Highly recommend. But Carmen is now our friend also because we never go anywhere else. We both have Santa Fe’s and love them. On the links below it did not give me the option to choose dept. More

Drove 4 hours for a car I found online. Called to confirm they had it and told them we were on the way. It was a bait and switch. Showed us a different car that was $2500 over budget. Claimed it had the tech they had it and told them we were on the way. It was a bait and switch. Showed us a different car that was $2500 over budget. Claimed it had the tech package. I was paying cash but said to finance. Ok, knowing I would go home and pay it off before first payment was due. They came back and said they couldn’t finance under $5000. Ok, same plan to have it paid off. Then they came back and said they couldn’t finance under $7500. By this point I had already written the check for financing $5000. The finance manager told me to find a bank to get another check. I usually don’t write checks. I wanted to leave but my husband was sick if it and said to just do it and we will still Pat it off quickly. We paid it off within a month and they made a stand total of $41. In finance charges. The finance manager was so rude. He actually said he’d rather cut off his arm than buy a car. Unbelievable! Stay away from Southtowne Hyundai in Newman, GA!!! One more thing, the car turned out NOT to have the tech package! Liars make me sick. Will never buy another Hyundai because of this experience. More

Carmen is a five star service advisor. My car was scheduled for oil change and after I drove it home, I noticed an oil leak -which was not an issue before hand. Carmen was able to get my car back in scheduled for oil change and after I drove it home, I noticed an oil leak -which was not an issue before hand. Carmen was able to get my car back in the shop the same day to get the leak fixed. However, the car continued to leak oil that next day and Carmen got me scheduled back in the shop yet again. Carmen listened to me and did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied with all the services being provided to me. She communicated with the technicians and helped to get my car back to normal. Carmen went above and beyond. I am very grateful to have her as my service advisor. I give the service 4 stars because although I had to make several trips back and forth to the shop because of a technician’s mistake, my service advisor went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. More
