Had a problem with the engine. Nikki was the person who took care of me. She explained the problem and the process to fix it. Was honest and very friendly. She kept me from being extremely upset. Gustavo got the repair process started by determining what the problem was and tried to see if it could be covered by warranty. Unfortunately it wasn’t, but he advised us what the cost would be and that what the problem was and tried to see if it could be covered by warranty. I tried to tell him about the mistreatment of a senior woman............He hung up on me. I called back. He was 'busy' according to Charlie. I told Charlie that I have had Hyundai's since 2005 & I have sold several people on Hyundai. My daughter & granddaughter. But this will be our family's LAST BUSINESS WITH HYUNDAI. NOR WILL I HAVE ANYTHING POSITIVE TO TELL OTHERS. I've had 2 good experiences with sales staff. Harold S. who is now retired & Tommy B. I like the car, but they hire too many inferior staff people. We had a very unpressured and pleasant experience with Damian Clark and Southtowne Hyundai. We were able to come on several occasions to test drive the car we were looking at.
